CHAT has a vision of improving the lives of our youth. CHAT will accomplish this through an after-school program that will address the needs of the whole child.Happy Children

To achieve this vision, CHAT is partnering with professional organizations that have the expertise to address the individual needs of each child.

CHAT works in close collaboration with the City of Cedar Hill and the Cedar Hill Independent School District (CHISD). The City, the Cedar Hill Police Department and CHISD provide support at many levels assisting CHAT to meet its objective.
