Friends of Tri-City Animal Shelter is a 501(c)(3) non-profit that serves the Cedar Hill, Duncanville, and DeSoto communities. We fund a pre-adoption spay/neuter program for Tri-City Animal Shelter, a feral cat Trap-Neuter-Return program for the community, and emergency veterinary care for animals that arrive at the shelter sick or injured. We are also an educational resource for the public.
