Cedar Hill Action Team (CHAT) is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization that serves Cedar Hill, Texas, and surrounding areas. Cedar Hill Action Team supports and develops high quality youth educational programs, recreational activities, health and wellness, career development, coaching, training, and community outreach efforts that are designed to improve performance. We also provide various outreach programs to the seniors in our area with the goal of caring for them and letting them know how valuable they are to our community.
