The nearly 400 participants of the Dr. King Celebration sponsored by the Zula B. Wylie Public Library at the CHISD Performing Arts Center were presented with a program full of grace and honor, on Monday, January 12th.


Ramona Logan, with more than three decades of award winning broadcast journalism was the Mistress of Ceremonies for an evening of dance, storytelling, percussion and musical performances.  The performances featured the Dallas Black Dance Theater II, CHHS Vocal Forte’, Trinity Christian School Drumline and Choir, Bray Elementary Vocal Motion Choir, Cedar Hill Life School Cougar Choir, ZBYPL Youth Tellers, and the Mayor’s Teen Council.
