Blues artist Larry Lampkin will be Under the Stars at the Labyrinth Walk Coffee House (LWCH).  A Fort Worth native, Larry started writing songs about everyday life experiences and playing guitar as a teen. Mostly self taught musician, he had the privilege of taking some guitar lessons from experienced neighbor musicians, such as blues legend, U.P. Wilson. He toured the USA as a lead guitarist and band leader for recording artist, soul-blues singer, Vernon Garrett.

Larry’s first CD “When I Get Home” received immense air play and reviews.  He has performed on the American blues scene as a solo artist, sharing the stage and ticket with some of the greatest blues artist - Lucky Peterson, Buddy Guy, John Mayall and many more.

He is one of the most exciting new blues guitar players coming onto the scene today. A passionate artist who performs from his soul, his music has been greatly influenced by the sounds of Texas, Chicago, and Delta blues.  His new CD titled “The Blues Is Real” shows his commitment to delivering theultimate experience to blues music fans.
