The City of Cedar Hill will host the 9th Annual Recreation Center Anniversary Celebration and Citywide Neighborhood Block Party, Saturday, March 1 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. in the Cedar Hill Recreation Center located at 310 E. Parkerville Road, one block east of S. Clark Road. Admission to the event is FREE and the first 700 residents to arrive will receive a free anniversary T-shirt.

All Cedar Hill residents are invited to come out to meet their neighbors and City representatives. “The Cedar Hill Recreation Center has been serving the needs of area residents for nine great years,” noted Councilman Daniel Haydin, “and the Citywide Neighborhood Block Party is also celebrating nine years of connecting the City with the community.”

Both the Recreation Center and Neighborhood Services have a great many programs that benefit Cedar Hill residents. Residents learn about all the many services and opportunities that Cedar Hill has to offer. There will be children’s activities, a health fair, class information, entertainment, tours, giveaways and more.
