The senior class of Trinity Christian School traveled to Costa Rica for a mission trip. Working with Latin American Child Care, the seniors spent three days in three different schools serving 1,500 elementary students of impoverished neighborhoods where they are regularly exposed to violence and sexual abuse. They most likely will ever have the opportunity for an education beyond the sixth grade, so the TCS seniors delivered a message of hope for the future through songs, stories, balloon animals, soccer, face painting, jump rope, hugs, and more while delivering gifts to the school including 125 Bibles.

The TCS class gained for themselves more of a heart for others and an awareness of what their love and time can do for other around the world. This trip has begun a partnership between Latin American Child Care in Costa Rica and the school that will continue through sponsorships and future visits by senior classes.
