We have many opportunities for volunteers at Dogwood Canyon Audubon Center in Cedar Hill.

This is a great opportunity for Master Gardeners, Master Naturalists, those interested in environmental science and conservation, retired teachers, college students interested in teaching science or working in conservation, and people who love just birds and nature.

Volunteer opportunities include education programming for all ages, administration, animal care, guiding hikes, special events, visitor support, habitat and trail maintenance, and more.

Basic training is from 9:00 to Noon. Lunch will be provided for participants. After lunch, participants will be split into groups for specialized training based on their area of interest. Specialized training times vary, but will run no later than 3:00p.
